Key product, account, security and licence information in one place.
Can I register without buying a plan?
Yes. An account can exist without an active membership. A plan can be purchased, renewed or activated with a valid gift code later.
How are sensitive account changes protected?
Registration, password reset and e-mail changes use time-limited 6-digit verification codes. Repeated incorrect code attempts are limited.
What happens to my data during an update?
The updater is designed to replace application files while preserving the user data directory, configuration, database and invoices.
What happens to local AI after I close the app?
The desktop app requests Ollama to unload its model on exit and can optionally stop an Ollama process started by the app.
Can the software be copied or resold?
No. The software, branding, source distribution and product assets are protected by the applicable licence terms, copyright and trademark rules. Reverse engineering, bypassing licensing, unauthorised redistribution and impersonating the product owner are prohibited except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Who makes the final transport decision?
The dispatcher remains responsible for reviewing operational data, prices, route feasibility, legal requirements and messages before relying on them. Automated functions can be disabled.
