AUTOMATIC DISPECHER

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 September 2026 · Last updated: 23 September 2026

This policy applies to the Automatic Dispecher desktop application, website, account service and licensing/subscription services.

1. Who operates Automatic Dispecher

Automatic Dispecher is developed and operated by Alex Šmiga. Privacy and support questions can be sent through the support page or by e-mail to acctesterdd@gmail.com.

2. Information that may be processed

Account and security data

When an Automatic Dispecher account is created or used, the service may process information such as e-mail address, username, display name, date of birth when provided during registration, account role, subscription status, security-code records, session identifiers and account timestamps.

Subscription and payment data

Subscription payments can be handled by Stripe. Automatic Dispecher may receive and store identifiers and status information needed to connect a Stripe customer or subscription to an Automatic Dispecher account. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Automatic Dispecher.

Desktop application data

The desktop application can process transport requests, addresses, route information, vehicle and driver records, calendar information, quotations and invoices entered by the user or imported from configured e-mail accounts. The application is designed primarily to keep operational business data on the user's device.

E-mail integration

If the user configures IMAP/SMTP access, the desktop application can read relevant incoming messages and send replies according to the user's settings. Credentials are intended to remain on the user's device and are not required by the Automatic Dispecher account service. Users should use provider-supported application passwords or other secure credentials where applicable.

Diagnostics and product usage

The service may receive limited technical data used to operate licensing, downloads and installation statistics, such as an anonymous installation identifier, application version, operating-system/platform information, download events, active session counts and timestamps. This data is not intended to contain e-mail message bodies or quotation contents.

3. Why information is used

4. Third-party services

Depending on features selected by the user, Automatic Dispecher may interact with third-party services such as Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website/backend hosting, Gmail/Google mail infrastructure for security e-mail delivery, and public mapping/routing services such as OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and OSRM for location and route calculations. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Storage, security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect server-side account information. Sensitive secrets should be stored as protected server secrets rather than embedded in public code. Local desktop data remains under the user's control on the user's device unless a feature explicitly sends information to an online service.

Account, security and subscription records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal or accounting obligations. Security verification codes are short-lived. Users can request account-data access or deletion through support, subject to information that must be retained by law or for fraud/security purposes.

6. User controls and rights

Users can update account information available through the account interface, change an e-mail address using the verification process, cancel eligible memberships, sign out sessions and remove local application data from their device. Users may contact support to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information processed by the Automatic Dispecher account service, where applicable.

7. International and legal considerations

Online service providers may process data in countries other than the user's own. Automatic Dispecher aims to use providers that publish appropriate security and data-protection terms. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of employee, driver, customer and business data is lawful in their jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent for monitoring or tracking features.

8. Children and business use

Automatic Dispecher is designed primarily for transport, logistics and other professional/business use. Where local law requires parental or guardian involvement for a minor to create or use an online account, that requirement must be followed.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when application features, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its update date.
