Privacy Policy & EULA

PRIVACY POLICY AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Application: AI Dispatcher / Automatic Dispecher Author, developer and copyright owner: Alex Šmiga Official purchase website: https://automatic-dispecher.pages.dev Support / privacy contact: acctesterdd@gmail.com Effective date: 30 August 2026 1. PURCHASE, LICENSE AND PAYMENT TERMS 1.1 Authorized purchase AI Dispatcher / Automatic Dispecher may be legally purchased only through the official website stated above or another sales channel expressly authorized by the author. A copy obtained from an unauthorized source, piracy forum or unauthorized redistribution does not constitute a valid license from the author. 1.2 License and verification The license scope depends on the package purchased and the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Licensed editions may periodically perform encrypted license validation against the author's licensing service. This specific NO-LOGIN installer does not require a user to sign in to an Automatic Dispecher account when launching the application. 1.3 Scope of use A valid license permits use only within the purchased package and for the internal needs of the user or the user's organization. 2. PRIVACY POLICY AND E-MAIL INTEGRATION The application processes data only to the extent required to provide its features and with regard to applicable data-protection rules, including GDPR where applicable. 2.1 E-mail access The current desktop build uses standard IMAP/SMTP protocols. With Gmail, the user can use a Google App Password. This build does not claim to use Google OAuth 2.0 unless OAuth is actually configured in a particular installation. The mail credential is stored on Windows using the application's secure credential storage / Windows Credential Manager where available. The application does not send that credential to the author. The application checks incoming messages for the purpose of identifying business and transport requests. If a message is not classified as a relevant request, its contents are not stored in the application's request database. A temporary copy may exist in memory only for the time required to process the message. Relevant requests may be stored locally in the application's database so the user can view history, prepare quotations, calculate routes and create invoices. 2.2 AI processing In this build, AI processing is performed locally on the user's computer through Ollama and an installed local model. E-mail content is not sent by the application to a paid cloud AI API operated by the author and is not used by the author to train public AI models. The application can process messages in languages supported by the installed local model. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before business-critical use. 2.3 Maps and routing To geocode locations and calculate routes, the application may send the pickup and delivery place names entered by the user or extracted from a request to OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and OSRM services. The complete e-mail body is not sent to these routing services; only information necessary to find a location and route is transmitted. 2.4 Human access The author does not normally read the user's e-mails. Processing is automated inside the application. Users should not send e-mail contents to the author unless they intentionally provide them when requesting technical support. 2.5 Storage and deletion Locally stored data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, removes the relevant application data, or uses an available deletion/export function. The user is responsible for backing up their own business data. 3. COPYRIGHT, MODIFICATION AND ANTI-PIRACY TERMS AI Dispatcher / Automatic Dispecher is protected by applicable copyright law, including Czech Act No. 121/2000 Coll. as amended, and relevant international intellectual-property agreements. Copyright owner: Alex Šmiga 3.1 Permitted modifications for internal use A user who lawfully obtained the application may modify configuration, scripts or source code only where those components were lawfully supplied to the user, only for the user's own internal needs, and within the license terms. 3.2 No resale or unauthorized redistribution Without the author's written permission, the application, source code, components, modified versions or derivative works may not be sold, rented, publicly redistributed, uploaded to public repositories, torrents or piracy forums, or offered to third parties as the user's own commercial product or unauthorized SaaS service. 3.3 Copyright notices Copyright or authorship notices included in the distributed application may not be removed or altered without authorization. 3.4 Consequences of breach Unauthorized distribution, resale or circumvention of licensing restrictions may result in termination of the license and enforcement of legal claims to the extent permitted by applicable law. 4. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 4.1 AS IS The application is provided "AS IS" to the extent permitted by applicable law. 4.2 AI and automated processing Because AI and automated classification are probabilistic, the author does not guarantee 100% accuracy when identifying requests, addresses, vehicles, price conditions or languages. Users should review results before sending legally or commercially binding quotations, especially when automatic sending is enabled. 4.3 Maps and routes Route calculations are indicative and depend on external map and routing data. Users remain responsible for real-world restrictions, road closures, vehicle restrictions, tolls, ferries, border conditions and other operational requirements. 4.4 Damages To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. 5. CONTACT Author and developer: Alex Šmiga Official website: https://automatic-dispecher.pages.dev Support / privacy e-mail: acctesterdd@gmail.com By installing and using the application, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
